100% Natural Bio-Polyester

The polyester used in ThermoShell™ is entirely bio-based, made from repurposed cocoa husks. This plant-based fibre offers the same performance as conventional polyester—strength, durability and heat retention—while making use of a previously unused natural resource.

Thermal regulation

ThermoShell™ combines thermal insulation and active ventilation through alternating fleece and mesh sections. The fleece retains body heat, while the open-knit areas promote airflow and moisture release. The result — consistent temperature regulation, even during sustained effort.
