100% Natural Bio-Polyester

The polyester used in ThermoShell™ is entirely bio-sourced, derived from reclaimed cocoa husks. This plant-based fiber offers the same performance as conventional polyester—strength, durability, and thermal retention—while reusing a previously unused natural resource.

Thermal regulation

ThermoShell™ combines thermal insulation and active ventilation thanks to its alternating fleece and mesh structure. The fleece retains body temperature while the openwork zones promote air circulation and moisture wicking. The result is consistent thermal regulation, even during sustained exercise.
